"Unknown error" when registering - all products

When you try and register youGROW, you receive an error message saying "unknown error occurred" - check that you have an active internet connection.

This error occurs when you have your firewall turned on - ad it prevents youGROW from accessing the youGROW website to verify your licence key.  Turn off your firewall settings, register youGROW, and then turn your firewall back on.
