How do I install Grow Your Own Business? - Even when I have a previous version installed

Applies to: Outlook 2000 Outlook 2002 Outlook 2003 MYOB Retail Manager
1. Close Microsoft Outlook
2. If you have a previous version of GYOB installed, remove this version first by going to Start | Control Panel | Add/Remove programs, and remove GYOB.
3. Ensure you are connected to the internet in order to register and activate your product.
4. Download the GYOB file from the link previously supplied to you, or from http://www.eword.com.au/files/gyob_v131.zip.
5. Double click on the “setup.exe” file and follow the prompts on the screen to install.
6. Enter all contact details as requested – please note that these are required fields to register your product.
7. Enter the Serial Number which has been emailed to you, noting that all 0’s are in fact zeros (number keys) and not “O” – the letter key.
8. Open Microsoft Outlook.
9. Select or create a new Contacts folder to which GYOB will synchronise to. (If creating a new folder, go to Contacts | File | New, and select folder. Place the folder at the Personal Folders top level, and ensure it contains Contact Items – as per below)
10. Click on the GYOB button which is now installed as a new Outlook toolbar.
11. Select “Complete”, unless you are installing onto a server, in which case select “Custom”, to select the server location.
12. Click on “Set Up”, and select either to link to a RetailManager shopfront, or to a .csv file for EzyWine.
13. For MYOB RetailManager, browse to select the shopfront folder.
14. For EzyWine, browse to select the particular GYOB Export file from EzyWine.
15. Next click on the browse button to select the new Outlook folder which you have created, as the contacts folder to synchronise to.
16. Click OK.
17. Now click on “Synchronise” – your retail data will be automatically brought across into your GYOB Contact folder.
