How do I send youGROW support a Screen Dump of my Error Message?

Answer/Solution:
When you receive an error message in youGROW (or any other software you are using for that matter), the easiest way for your support people to understand what has happened, is to email a "Screen dump" of the message - ie a copy of the actual error message. These instructions describe how to do that.
