youGROW™ was established in 2005 following requests after speaking at an Australia Post Direct Marketing seminar, where Cathy presented an overview of both Microsoft CRM, and Outlook – and what needs a business would have to make a decision on which was best suited to their needs. A number of participants approached Cathy afterwards – “We love what you can do in Outlook – we use MYOB’s Retail Manager – is there any way you could get the 2 to talk to each other?”

It was the extensive knowledge of Outlook and what it was capable of; and a long history of being involved in CRM, that led to the various youGROW™ products and services.
